About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Brand Manager in developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to think creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging and visuals
- Analyze brand performance and consumer insights to make data-driven recommendations
- Support the product development process, including concept development, packaging design, and product launches
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
- Keep track of industry insights to develop and align brand keys
- Managing all PR campaigns, JV & Collabs for SS(Sateen Soft) & XK(Extra clean)
- Work closely with several advertising agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using market research tools and analytics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred
- Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
