Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – IT with experience in system & network Engineering to oversee the implementation and delivery of a range of IT solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Division.
The Technical Project Manager – IT will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of IT projects, manage the project budget and timeline, develop project plans, and ensure project risks are identified and mitigated. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technical project management, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Can write process/project documents for training/reporting of agents/senior management.
- Manage Scope, Schedule and Quality of multiple projects at a time.
- Develop processes and flow chart.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience as System and IT Infrastructure engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience in managing complex IT projects
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Experience in managing teams of developers, designers, and testers.
- Experience in client management and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
Shift: Night (10pm to 7am – Monday to Friday). (Onsite) – Karachi
