Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues, including hardware/peripheral challenges with POS tablets, payment terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, product barcode printers, and shipping label printers.
- Address network-related issues such as downtime, performance, and intermittent connectivity through effective troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on POS systems, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Excellent English communication skills to assist end-users and collaborate effectively.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years of Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, mobile payment devices, and barcode scanners.
- Familiarity with network equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
