Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our client base through Upwork and other freelance portals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through Upwork and various freelance portals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients through Upwork and other freelance portals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
