Job Description

Reporting:

  • Maintains an updated requirements traceability matrix and backlog.
  • Coordinates with other business units to plan and interpret information on projects.
  • Establishes project governance structure within the client’s ecosystem.
  • Provides overall progress and health of projects.
  • Reports status of milestones and deliverables across the project.
  • Communicates project risks and progress on mitigating these risks.
  • Maintains an updated requirements traceability matrix and backlog.
  • Creates visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders.
  • Attends meetings with C-level stakeholders to provide progress and updates.

Day to Day:

  • Interfaces with clients and gains an understanding of functional and non-functional requirements/processes and establishes objectives and key success factors.
  • Works with the design team to translate and validate the technical requirements.
  • Collaborates with both technical and design teams on gap analysis and fleshing out requirements.
  • Revises requirements, backlog complexity, and priority to support planning.
  • Coordinates with other business units to plan, negotiate, and interpret information on projects.
  • Aligns remote teams and different vendors and brings everyone on the same page. Follows up.
  • Problem-solves with the client to unblock any issues that affect the project.

Who you are:

  • Requirements:
  • Have a minimum of 5-6 years of solid professional PM experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working across enterprise websites.
  • Experience in Content Management.
  • Experience in Digital platforms like Sitecore, etc.
  • Strong understanding of design and development product life cycles.
