Job Description
Position 1: Creative Manager: Concepts & Copy
RG Blue is seeking a highly organized, self-driven, and team-oriented Creative Manager who can lead a creative team and work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to take ownership of their work and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. They should also have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Position 2: Planning Executive
RG Blue is hiring a Planning Executive with 8 months to 1 year of experience in digital or conventional strategy or event planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire for learning and be willing to embrace new challenges. They will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to drive communication strategy development. Excellent English communication skills are required, and a BBA/MBA in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.
Position 3: Visualizer
RG Blue is looking for a Visualizer with 3-4 years of designing experience in an advertising agency using Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects. The candidate should be detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. They must also be able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
