Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Officer/Assistant Education (Admissions) in Gulshan Campus Karachi for the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan). The Officer/Assistant will be responsible for processing and managing student inquiries, admissions, and applications. They will also be responsible for handling correspondence and maintaining records related to admissions.

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience in customer service or admissions coordination
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders including students, faculty, and staff members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of admissions processes and regulations
