Job Description
We seek a skilled, experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing, with expertise in Selenium. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and cases for manual and automated testing.
- Use Selenium for automated testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution.
- Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and implement effective testing strategies.
- Perform regression testing and participate in the review of software requirements.
- Continuously improve the QA process and suggest tools and methods to enhance testing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing, including both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium for creating robust, browser-based regression automation suites and tests.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
