Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Digital E-Commerce Manager role, located in Lahore. The Digital E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Ittefaq Group’s online sales channels, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize the e-commerce experience, and proposing and executing online marketing campaigns. This candidate will also be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with e-commerce marketplaces, monitoring regional trends, and capturing performance metrics for mapping and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
“AMAZON Experience”
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of direct experience in e-commerce
- Significant experience managing large commerce digital sites/platforms
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, SEO/SEM, display advertising, predictive analytics, e-commerce platforms, and influencer marketing programs
- Experience with implementing and optimizing automated marketing technology such as email management, e-commerce analytics, and customization tools
- Exceptional technical understanding of search engines, e-commerce platforms, and navigation/structure
- Proven success with paid advertising, direct email marketing, analytics, and consumer website marketing
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within e-commerce strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once
