Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Call Center Teamlead. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of call center agents to provide exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and guiding call center agents to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Handling escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Completing performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a proven track record in managing a team in a call center environment. The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets is essential.
