Job Description
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Managing & Monitoring Linux, Windows Server, all alarms/alerts from system
- Knowledge of API’s and Integration
- Knowledge of VAS Nodes such as SMSC, SMS GW, USSD, MMS, SMPP etc.
- Manage day to day operations of SMS NOC customer/vendor, Trace capturing and Troubleshooting and assist in developing dashboards and solutions to solve business problems
- Provide technical reports to identify the cause of problems
- Work in shifts and call-out responsibility
- Fulfill the Service configuration and activation according to the plan for Service Provisioning
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in the IT / Telecom operator/ Mobile networks relevant to the Technology field
- Experience in programming languages such as .Net/ PHP / Python and Database MySQL, MS SQL Server
- Proficient Communication Skills Both Spoken English & Written
- Minimum Education Should be Bachelor, Master will be preferred
- Must have experience working on International Campaigns
