Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Recurso Labs. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, creating marketing strategies, developing relationships with clients, and managing customer accounts. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and revenue targets are achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business prospects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
- 0 to 3 months of relevant work experience (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
