Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for the RSP campaign in the US region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the success of the RSP campaign in the US region.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign activities with overall organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine campaign strategies.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices relevant to the RSP campaign.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in RSP.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on achieving campaign targets.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
Shift Timings: Night
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
