Job Description
- The junior network engineer performs various functions to ensure smooth network & IT operations.
- Arrange and install network hardware and software as directed.
- Hands-on experience with Mac OS.
- Screen network performance and report findings.
- Create all types of network documents.
- Develop new initiatives to increase productivity.
- Implement network security measures.
- Provide network status reports to the head of the department.
- Design new arrangements to enhance the strength of the present network condition.
- Investigate network issues and blackouts; redesign and collaborate with network designers on network enhancement.
- Create and implement measures, traits, and access checks to secure network frameworks.
- Support and oversee firewall situations in accordance with established IT security procedures.
- Upgrade information network to the latest stable firmware release.
- Configure and manage hardware, facilitated IP voice administrations, and firewalls.
- Provide remote help to nearby engineers and end-users.
- Perform cable laying, punching, etc.
- Available 24/7 if needed.
