Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to clients. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our company’s products and equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of our products
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of the products
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of the industry
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
