Role Description:
As a Senior Sales Manager (Real Estate) at Asaan Home (Private) Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will manage a team of sales professionals, monitor sales performance, and conduct training and development programs to optimize sales productivity. This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate sales teams, with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools and technologies.
- A passion for emerging technologies and a strong drive to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
- A high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
