Job Description
Background
Taskeen is a mental health initiative that aims to change people’s attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions towards health and wellbeing in Pakistan. Our digital and mass media activities aim to make Taskeen pioneers in the promotion of mental health and prevention of mental illness in Pakistan by:
- Raising awareness about the importance of mental health and reducing the stigma against mental illness.
- Educating people about the causes, signs, symptoms, and management of mental health problems.
- Encouraging healthy expression to help people build their resilience and improve communication.
Responsibilities
- To develop and implement a research and publication strategy.
- To organize, analyze and publish data pertaining to various Taskeen programs.
- To coordinate with relevant team members partners for carrying out research activities.
Experience
- Masters in a Public Health related degree
- At least 2-years experience of participating in a research project.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong management skills.
- Candidate must have exceptional communication skills.

- Preferably in Karachi
- This is a remote position.
- This is a part-time position.
