Job Description
Karachi Marriott Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as Director Human Resources. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management and development at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and goals
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Providing guidance and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Creating and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
