Job Description

Responsibilities:
- To provide the Accounting Department with detailed product specifications for items used in the outlet
- To maintain strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organizations
- To respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company, and hotel
- Complete and communicate weekly schedules for all F.O.H
- Manage and ensure proper operation of property restaurants
- Assist in hiring staff with the assistance of the Management Team and Human Resources
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, in terms of quality, value, variety, and timeliness
- Manage proper requisitioning of necessary supplies through the use of purchase orders
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all positions supervised
- Maintain a high level of sanitation as prescribed by the local health department and company standards
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience in an event serving and restaurant serving capacity
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality from a reputable four-year institution, culinary school, or comparable experience preferred
- Self-motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, multi-functional team environment required
- Proven ability to lead by example
- Demonstrated superior customer service philosophy required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
