Job Description
Responsibilities And Duties:
- Team Leadership: Lead the telemarketing team, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Sales Targets: Set and monitor daily-to-weekly-to-monthly sales goals for the team.
- Performance Review: Regularly assess team performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Reporting: Prepare and share reports on sales and team performance.
- Resource Management: Manage schedules, absenteeism, tardiness, equipment malfunctions, and availability.
- Inter-Departmental Correspondence: Maintain a healthy relationship with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with IT Support, Data Management, and Admin teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Data Management: Monitor availability, usage, and recycling of lead set available to the telemarketing agents. Ensure maximum utilization and request the concerned team to upload data timely to minimize idle time. This also includes reworking any leads that may have been discarded by the telemarketing staff but contain potential.
- Accepting Call Transfer: Accept transfers from Telemarketing agents whenever needed. This includes but is not limited to handling difficult prospects, tackling objections, and handling escalating situations in case of DNC breach, etc.
- Floor Walk: Provide immediate assistance to the telemarketing agents regarding immediate questions and queries encountered during their calls.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
