Job Description
Waterlink Group of Companies is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Sales Manager – Petroleum Division for our sister concern firm, MJM Energy & Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals in the petrochemicals and diesel sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial sector.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for the team.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Proven experience in industrial sales, specifically in petrochemicals and diesel.
