Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager. The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring customer satisfaction, customer retention, relationship building, and providing customer service. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for interacting with clients and understanding their needs to ensure they are able to successfully use our products and services.
