Job Description
Onsite Opportunity
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of network and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
- Network Monitoring: Regularly checking the network for issues and performing routine maintenance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving network problems, including hardware and software issues.
- Security Management: Implementing network security measures like firewalls and anti-virus software.
- Managing Infrastructure: Overseeing networking hardware and software, including routers and servers.
- Data Management: Handling data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- System Updates: Keeping network hardware and software updated.
- User Support: Assisting users with network issues and providing network usage training.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of network configurations and changes.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinating with vendors and managing service contracts.
- Capacity Planning: Monitoring network usage and planning for future needs.
- VoIP System Management: Basic understanding of VoIP Systems including setting up, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting VoIP systems, including Quality of Service adjustments.
