In this role, you will:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Senior Manager Discipline Management in efficiently managing and overseeing PTCL’s discipline management process. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations, timely resolution of disciplinary issues, and providing critical insights to the leadership team. The role involves coordinating with inquiry officers and committees, maintaining records, and facilitating communication with cross-functional business units to facilitate the successful management of disciplinary cases within PTCL.

Qualification:
Professional degree in Law, & Proficient in labor laws and discipline management.
