Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Lead and facilitate communication across various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of company-wide strategies.
- Follow-up: Implement robust follow-up mechanisms to track project milestones, deadlines, and key performance indicators, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Project Planning: Spearhead strategic project planning initiatives, working closely with department heads to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA degree with a focus on strategic management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a project management or coordination capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
