Job Description
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at our Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors
- Reception Handling (Meeting and Greeting visitors visiting office premises), managing visitors register.
- Ensure smooth operations concerning housekeeping, Kitchen and stationery supplies, and availability of required staff at the office.
- Maintain Office supplies inventory and submit monthly demand (all supplies).
- Coordination of Courier Service and monthly repository submission
- Utility Bills Submission to Headoffice.
- Issue reporting and coordination for rectification. (AC, Photocopier, Water Supply, UPS, Fire Extinguishers, kitchen equipment, etc.)
- Supervise the Office staff (Office boys, Janitorial & security guards) checking their work routines and ensuring smooth operations.
- Initial invoice verification and processing for Karachi facilities.
- ERP invoice submission and follow-up for payments.
- Report and document matters related to coordination with building management.
- Office events coordination and extending support for execution.
- Facilitating office departments such as HR, Sales, ATS etc.
