Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interfacing with customers and addressing their concerns, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues in a professional and polite manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support experience.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and an ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer management software and conflict resolution techniques.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
