Job Description
We are currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, systems, and processes to ensure the effective delivery of our programs.
You will work closely with project teams to develop performance indicators, data collection methods, and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations for improvement. You will also provide technical guidance and capacity building to ensure that all stakeholders understand and effectively use evaluation findings.
Key qualifications for this role include a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
