About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Product Manager to join our product management team. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features, as well as improve existing ones. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, highly organized, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining the product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development from concept to launch
- Gather and analyze user insights and feedback to inform product decisions and drive improvements
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature requirements, and roadmaps
- Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product differentiation
- Assist in conducting market research to understand customer needs and inform product strategy
- Monitor and analyze product performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product goals and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in product management or a related role (e.g., Project Manager / Program Manager)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Familiarity with product management tools and software is a plus
- Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
