Job Description
Procurement Management:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Negotiate and finalize procurement contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement transactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and facilitate timely acquisitions.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s travel policies and guidelines.
- Handle travel expense reports and reimbursement processes.
- Work closely with travel agencies and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences, managing logistics related to travel.
Store Management:
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete items.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to meet the needs of various departments.
- Implement efficient storage and organization systems to enhance accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Seek opportunities for strategic partnerships to enhance overall procurement efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, travel, and store management policies.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on key metrics and performance indicators.
