Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers through chat.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Having in-depth knowledge of our products to answer customer questions.
- Coordinating and communicating with colleagues when necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
