ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our Contact Centre. Your primary responsibility as a customer representative will be to assist consumers with inbound/outbound interactions, addressing general queries related to our diverse range of products and campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Handle daily interactions from consumers via phone and emails.
- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and campaigns provided by the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Provide support and assistance in process documentation.
- Adhere to the assigned schedule, covering the hours of operation.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Proficiency in English.
- 2 years of working experience, preferably in a contact centre/customer service role.
- Hands-on experience with inbound/outbound interactions through phone and emails.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Proficient in selling, negotiations, objection handling, and effective probing skills.
- Proven information accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills, both internal and external.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
