Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Electrical Engineering at Union Pak Group. The Director of Electrical Engineering will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of electrical design, electrical engineering, power systems, program management, and electricity, ensuring efficiency and safety in the company’s operations in Karachi.
Qualifications
- 20+ Years of Experience (Required)
- Expertise in Electrical Design and Engineering, Power Systems, and Electricity
- Strong Program Management skills
- Experience in managing a team of Electrical Engineers and Technicians
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
