About Role
As the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Union Pak, you will be a key leader in steering our mechanical engineering initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic plans, overseeing project development, and ensuring the success of mechanical engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing visionary leadership to the mechanical engineering team
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for project execution and success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the mechanical engineering department
Qualifications
- 20+ Years of Experience (Required)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a managerial or directorial role
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive innovation and efficiency in mechanical engineering processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
