Job Description
Role Description
Technow World is looking for a full-time HR Manager to join our team at our office in Karachi. As the HR manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR management.
