Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Tech Goat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in client communication, and a strong ability to drive business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience in full sales cycle
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Apollo
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- LinkedIn and other social touchpoint experience for outbound interest in software services, data, and technology
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
