Job Description
Hiring for our client firm, Kamayi.
Through our Strategic Consultancy Division, we advise developers on real estate developments, highest and best use of properties, product mix, and financial feasibilities. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Strategic Consultancy team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Business development: responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and securing consultancy mandates.
- Research: responsible for learning, tracking, and analyzing factors impacting the local commercial real estate market and contributing to the production of quarterly market statistics and reports.
- Development Advisory: Recognize and provide advice on emerging issues and trends, as well as analyzing development opportunities to recommend the best possible solution via market research and financial validation (DCF, IRR, etc.).
- Communication: Formulate and deliver presentations with confidence and excellent attention to detail.
Must have:
- Proven track record of working and transacting with institutional clients.
- Highly self-motivated/driven.
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Team player with the motivation to learn and adapt.
- Motivation and willingness to travel to site locations.
- Good grasp of Corporate Finance concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV).
Nice to have:
- Experience in investment banking/advisory/consultancy/commercial real estate.
