Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales Enquiry Generation – Approach potential clients through introductory letters/email/phone calls/social media network/personal contacts, etc.
- Prepare and assist the Sales & Operation Team in bid/proposal preparation.
- Generate new client leads and provide on-time feedback to clients for their queries.
- Prepare and submit Pre-Qualification documents as per client’s requirements.
- Enter all information in Zoho CRM in real-time and keep it updated.
- Conduct weekly/daily visits to potential customers and arrange meetings with Line Manager.
- Discuss major and strategic inquiries with Line Manager for pricing and overall handling.
- Prepare and deliver presentations explaining the company’s services to existing and prospective customers.
- Talk with customers to assess their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Perform all the above activities in Sindh and Balochistan Region, targeting major cities such as Karachi, Tharparkar, Sukkur, Hyderabad, and Gwadar.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to Line Manager as per TUV Approved Format.
- Ensure compliance with all TUVAT BIC’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a degree in BSc/B.E Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant field.
