Job Description

Position/Title: International Buyer

Relevant Experience: 1-2 years (Fresher can also apply)

Job Location: Lahore (on-site)

Working Shift: UK Mobility (01:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the buyer’s company practices and procedures, including accounting standards and regulations.
  • Negotiating prices with sellers, including pricing items for resale based on current market conditions.
  • Reviewing price lists and catalogs provided by suppliers and contacting them to request additional information about their products or services.
  • Preparing purchase orders for items that have been approved for purchase.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their products, and determine pricing strategies.
  • Establishing long-term business relationships with suppliers and fostering mutual trust, respect, and cooperation.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the items purchased meet their needs.
  • Ensuring quality standards set by the company and are delivered on time
  • Managing inventory levels in collaboration with the company’s accounting department.
  • Reviewing requisitions for purchases of goods or services.

Required Qualification: Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field from HEC recognized institution.

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s
