Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by effectively handling employee-related matters. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding new talents, as well as providing guidance and support to existing employees to promote a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Provide advice and guidance to line managers on employee-related issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
