Job Description

Join our dynamic frozen food company, committing to deliver high-quality, delicious frozen food products to households nationwide. We are seeking a talented and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Position Summary:

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share for our frozen food products. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, foster key relationships with clients and distributors, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
  1. Client and Distributor Relationships:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Collaborate with partners to expand distribution channels and increase product visibility.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and enhance efficiency.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide input on product development based on market feedback and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management within the frozen food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the frozen food market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
