Job Description
Introduction: Abacus Outsourcing is a prominent name in the BPO Industry, working with global clients in the market since 1987. With offices in Pakistan, UAE, KSA, USA, and UK, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry.
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists for a US Project. We are looking for resources with skills in customer support, outbound calls, and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Managing international customer service inquiries for our clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- The candidate must be intermediate / fresh with no experience
- The applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Experience in international customer support/call centers is a plus
- Should be flexible for shifts
Education:
Intermediate or above
Timings:
7 PM – 4 AM
Salary and Benefits:
