Job Description
- Identify customer requirements and various technological solutions
- Engage in IT projects from development to testing
- Work with stakeholders to understand operational and transactional issues and work with different internal teams to develop solutions
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas where improvements can be made through efficiencies and reduction in waste of effort
- Gather feedback from end users about functional and performance outcomes of delivered solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest technological developments and assess their possible use in solutions for any business needs.
Competency and Skills:
- Experience with databases and data analytics
- A working knowledge of web development tools, and strong technical writing and communication skills.
