Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Call Center Team Lead. The Call Center Team Lead will be responsible for managing the call center team, training and coaching team members, analyzing team performance, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other teams to optimize call center operations.

- Previous experience as a call center team lead or similar role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in English
- Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or DME is a plus
