Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Materials and Process Engineer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Materials and Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing materials and process solutions to improve production quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with R&D and production teams to identify opportunities for improvement and potential risks to the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science/Metallurgy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in materials and process engineering in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in castings.
- Expertise in metallurgy, heat treatment, and materials selection.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
