Job Description
Applications general queries, or address change/Contact number update/Email update, (received from line manager and updated in system through proper channel.)
Follow up on customer & Dealer’s interactions
Provide pricing and delivery information to the customers
Maintaining customer services standard
Maintained daily deliver files report
Complete delivered Files Documentation on daily basis & send report to the line manager on daily basis.
Floor Management in absence of Team lead and supervisor.
Ensure compliance of Product Information updating
Giving detailed explanations of services or products. Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints. Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
