Are you passionate about gaming and want to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team? Ten Pixel Studio, a leading gaming company located in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
2. Onboarding: Welcome new employees and oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into the company culture. Provide orientation sessions and support to help new hires acclimate to their roles.
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns, conduct investigations when necessary, and proactively work towards maintaining a harmonious work environment.
4. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management programs, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Work closely with managers to develop strategies for employee development and growth.
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. Collaborate with teams to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to overall company success.
6. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
7. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits, and assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
