Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant at Agri Vet Services Private Limited located in Lahore. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping of the company, including maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and assisting with monthly and year-end closing activities. The Assistant Accountant will also work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting processes, principles, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data
