Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a dynamic team of production workers
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet and surpass targets
- Implement efficient workflow processes for maximum productivity
- Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle personnel matters, including training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding production targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with modern production technologies and methodologies
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for process optimization
