Xeven Solutions, a leading company in the industry, is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Public Relations Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests professionally.
- Manage CEO’s schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Edit and update promotional material and publications.
- Address media inquiries and monitor industry trends.
- Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements and special events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Proven PR experience and media relations management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Availability outside of traditional business hours.
